The role of the County Court at Law is to efficiently and impartially, manage and resolve a variety of matters
that fall under its jurisdiction. Generally speaking, the jurisdiction includes misdemeanor criminal
cases, class C appeals, civil cases, mental health matters, probate and guardianship matters,
family cases, and juvenile matters for Aransas County.
